Bigmama Soul 빅마마소울
Included in Bigmama’s first album “Like The Bible” released in 2003, five seconds at the beginning with the upbeat funky rhythms are enough to make the listener bounce their shoulders. The dynamic rhythms and harmony are impressive as they get stronger as the song progresses, as well as Bigmama Soul’s excellent vocal that overwhelm the stage.
After the leading R&B women group, Bigmama, announced the breakup of their team, former members, Shin yeon-ah and Park Min-hae, newly formed Bigmama Soul. Last June, they released their first single album “NOUVELLE,” which comprises more expansive genres on top of Bigmama’s roots of blues and soul. They also participated in the writing of the new songs as singer-songwriters, eager to convey their sentimental yet powerful and soul-touching harmonies. (Vocals: Shin Yeon-ah, Park Min-hae with Nanjang House band - Guitar: Choi Gwang-soo, Lee Tae-ho, Bass: Seo Yeong-bin, Drum: Choi Dong-ha, Percussions: Han Dong-min, Keyboard: Yang Jin, Kim Jin-yeong, Chorus: Kim Mi-yeong, Kim Joo-hyeon)

No. 1 Korean 넘버원코리아
The title song of their third album “Don’t Feel Lonely” released in March of 2011. Kwon Woo-yoo was inspired to write the song as he greeted a foreigner while walking along the river bank, and became determined to write a song for Korean letters “Hangeul,” just like the “ABC song,” which ended up taking only 15 minutes. The song is simple yet fun and upbeat, enjoyable for everyone.
No. 1 Korean is a representative ska punk band of Korea that was formed in 2004 with members that had been performing on their own. The upbeat and sprightly band members do music that is based on ska rhythms with added bass sounds, creating their own unique music.
