Former additional secretary Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) Afzal Khan has alleged that general elections 2013 were rigged.In an interview to a private TV channel, Afzal Khan alleged that former chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, justice (retd) Tassaduq Hussain Jillani, Justice (retd) Riaz Kayani and former Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Fakhruddin G. Ibrahim were also involved in the rigging.
