Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri announced that he extended the deadline until 9:30pm Wednesday upon government’s request, saying that the government’s delegate has gone to deliberate the two immediate demands with the Prime Minister, Dunya News reported.
Dunya News exclusively obtained the details of PAT chief’s demands which are as follows.
1 – Case registration against nominated accused of Model Town tragedy
2 – Resignations of Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif and provincial ministers
Qadri said that he laid the condition of dialogue before the delegate saying that the dialogue is only possible if the delegate can accept at least two demands. He said the delegate did not have the authority to accept the demands, adding that they have left to deliberate it with the Prime Minister.
