Peace talks continue today in Havana between the Colombian government and the rebel Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). The FARC made a conciliatory gesture by acknowledging the victim status of former hostage Clara Rojas. Victims will again be at the center of the talks. Charles Parkinson reports from Bogota. teleSUR
