Mystery surrounds Ron Washington's abrupt resignation

The long-time manager of the Texas Rangers abruptly resigned Friday. Team officials said the resignation had nothing to do with the team's on-field struggles and that drugs were not a factor. Ron Washington tested positive for cocaine in 2009.
