The spot is a kind of flashback that traces the career of the popstar, since the time when she was leader of Destiny's Child. In the video we see her surrounded by mirrors in which she sees herself in the different stages under the notes of "Grown Woman", her new single, choreographed by Frank Gatson Jr and the clothes are by the designer Ty Hunter.
