The Chilean Embassy in Ecuador inaugurated a monument this Wednesday honoring four Ecuadorians who were killed shortly after the coup which overthrew democratically elected socialist leader, Salvador Allende on September 11, 1973, bringing into power the military dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet.
