Ingredients for Mysore Chutney
1 Tsp Oil
¼ Cup Chana Dal (Bengal Split Gram)
3-4 Garlic Cloves
Salt To Taste
4-5 Dry Red Chillies
½ Tsp Coconut
Hing/Asafoetida (optional)
Tips
1.One can replace the same quantity of coconut with onions.
2. Instead of sautéing the chana dal one can soak it and add the remaining ingredients.
