Ingredients:
4 boiled eggs
2 onions, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp chilli ginger garlic mixed
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 1/2 tbsp oil
TIP-
Adding ginger garlic paste gives a different flavour as compared to chopped ginger & garlic
