Are you having guests over tonight? Here is the perfect recipe to serve. Quick,easy to prepare and extremely tasty with huge amounts of flavour. This dish will definitely leave your guests asking for more.

300g of baby potatoes par-boiled and fried
2 tbsp of mustard oil
1 onion finely chopped
2 bay leaves
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1/2 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp of sugar
2 tbsp of kashundi mustard (whole mustard seeds ground into a paste)
3-4 green chillies
½ cup of coconut milk mixed with ½ tsp of corn flour
Salt to taste
