Chicken soup is the perfect remedy for unwell non-vegetarians but what about the caring vegetarians. Here is the perfect and alternative and has a very high nutritional and recreational value added to it.
Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 green chilli, slit lengthwise
1 piece ginger, finely chopped
1 cup assorted vegetables, finely chopped
¼ cup shredded spinach
Salt to taste
1 vegetable stock cube
Pepper to taste
2 tsp light soya sauce
2-3 tsp cooking oil
Water as required
