It is difficult to count the number of culinary experiments that have taken place around Chole and Aloo-two of India's most loved ingredients. The Chole Aloo gravy by Seema is one of the tastiest among them. And guess what? It is simple to make as well. So stay tuned!

Ingredients:
Puree of 2 small onions and 3 large tomatoes
1 large potato diced
200g of choliya
2 tbsp of coriander
2 ladles of curd
2 tbsp of garlic-ginger paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
1 tsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 green chillies, chopped
2 tbsp of oil
2 cups of water
