With jihadists taking over vast swathes of territory in Iraq and Syria, it's coalition-building time again. Since the first Gulf war, more than two decades ago, there's been the Balkans, Afghanistan, Libya... and of course 2003 and the return to Iraq, when neither the UN nor France were on board. As France hosts a conference to map out an international strategy, we discuss the many actors of this new coalition and the strategy they will put in place in its fight against the Islamic State group.
