Bilawal first visited the Sukkur Barrage and after an evaluation left for Chiniot. He was scheduled to arrive in Chiniot via helicopter and take a bulletproof vehicle to the flood stricken locality of Sain Hussain. However, the bulletproof vehicle got stuck in quicksand and Bilawal’s helicopter landed in Sain Hussain.

Upon his arrival in Sain Hussain, Bilawal travelled in flood water for hours to meet those affected by the devastation. Bilawal spent time with the flood affected and distributed relief goods.
