Fausto Puglisi is a promising new Italian designer. The Sicilian was tasked with reviving the fashion house of Ungaro back in 2012 but he also has his own label. His big break was when one very particular girl with a sharp eye for material, Madonna discovered his talents. Since then Puglisi has dressed Katy Perry, M.I.A., Nicki Minaj, and Beyoncé. We caught up with him at Milan Fashion Week!
