Venezuela is mourning the Wednesday evening murder of Roberto Serra, the youngest congressman in the country's history. Serra, along with his partner were found dead in their Caracas home. Authorities have called on the public to remain calm as authorities open a special investigation in to what is now being called a murder. Rachael Boothroyd reports from Caracas. teleSUR
