In South Korea the issue of military service is in the news after a series of reports of bullying and even deaths among young recruits. President Park has promised a full investigation, vowing to punish the bullies and stop allowing the armed forces to turn a blind eye. Marie Linton, Guillaume Bression and Eunah Kim report from South Korea.
