Michael, 24 year-old, Engineering student from Manipur and 2 of his friends was beaten up by a gang of 3 people at around 8:30 pm in Indiranagar. He was asked whether he knows Kannada, for which michael did not reply. The gang then attacked him. He has sustained injuries in his back, legs and has 5 stiches on his forehead. 3 accused have been arrested. This is not the first incident, a month michael's relatives were also attacked by the locals of the area. The case has been registered at Kothanur Police Station.
