Mozambique's opposition says under-investment in parts of the country will hurt the ruling party during Wednesday's elections.

The government is accused of abandoning the central and northern provinces.

A hotel that used to provide luxurious accommodation in the resort town of Beira has come to symbolise that neglect. Al Jazeera's Tania Page reports.
