ROUGH CUT (No reporter narration)
Astronauts Reid Wiseman and Barry Wilmore ventured outside the International Space Station on Wednesday, to replace a failed power regulator.
The pre-planned spacewalk began at 0816 EDT (1216 GMT). NASA says flight engineers, Wiseman and Wilmore will also be relocating equipment on the station's exterior "to begin setting the stage for a reconfiguration of the orbiting complex to accommodate future commercial crew vehicles."
