Seeing a musician performing in subway stations is a common sight in New York City. But apparently, one New York City cop had never seen a musician in the subway before, because he asked guitarist Andrew Kalleen to leave the station or he would arrest him. Andrew even had the officer read the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s rules of conduct aloud which clearly states artists are permitted to play in the stations, but the cop arrested Andrew anyways.
