Investigations into the October 2 Burdwan blasts have now led the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to a terror workshop in Bolpur. Detonator circuits and suspicious documents have been found at three interlinked houses. What's worse, the houses were built on government land pointing to an oversight by authorities.
