The sky is a mixture of clouds blue and gray
And the sun at intervals shines through on this warm Spring day
With a high of a humid thirty one degrees
And little relief from the heat in the freshening sea breeze
So beautiful to watch the white butterflies
From the garden flower beds effortlessly rise
They do seem to dance in the warm coastal air of Nature a marvellous surprise
Them in their performing their courtship display great beauty to the watchers eyes
The dark and grey new holland honeyeater on the flowering bottle brush it's wings fringed with gold
No beauty to rival or so it does seem that is in Nature to behold
The flute of the magpie melodious and clear the magpie lark pee wee does sing
It seems more like a day in the Summer's warm prime than an October Afternoon of the Spring
The breeze from the ocean it even feels warm white butterflies dance in the air
And a group of teenage boys play football in the park the coastal breeze tossing their hair.
