i am looking at a paradigm
but it's not looking back
and in the bathtub the water
in front of my chin
is moving back and forth
towards, away
towards, away
and the pressure
and the transparency shifting
through my ears, breathing
in the heat of this compartment
and all i see
is you
all i see is you
through my eyes in this room
when i am looking
in the mirror of the faucet
