Father, oh, dear father
I'm your daughter
Do I need to say father?
You brought up my two brothers
At me, why you are changed father?

Is that; I'm a girl?
What is my mistake rather
Offer me, my life father,
And please allow me to live,
Don't force my mother to grieve
Over my unnatural death please.

What my brothers could,
I too can do father,
I will stand by; in your adversities
It's my word: trust father,
Don't let my dreams to shatter,
Please father, Oh dear father.

Break the wall of discrimination
I'm God's special creation,
Goddesses took incarnation in me
Saraswati, Durga and Lakshmi,
I am as clean and pristine,
Let me step into this world; to grow and shine,
Listen to my plead father, oh dear father.

I want to cling with mother's breast
And taste the milk of her love,
I want to feel your fatherly affection
And see the world outside the dark womb
Before that don't kill me father, oh dear father,
As I'm your daughter
Your loving daughter.
