Life is a trek without a check
Till the body breathe its last

If not alert the result is bleak
Life is a stage with all sorts of craze
Some earns a wage some ends in its rage
Life is a wheel with time as its axis
Moves on and on till time ticks on
Life is a terrain with ups and downs
With thorny paths and rosy roads
Life is a river with twists and swirls
Some swim to safety some swept along
Life is an ocean filled with notions
Some finding the shore some reaching depths
Life is a recurrence without any concurrence
Remains an enigma about past and future
