Walterrean Salley - Rare Beauty

There in the stillness of the night
A beauty one could never know:
The charming moon embraced the sea
The moonbeans setting it aglow.

The calming silence was a thrill,
A sacred peacefullness to spark.
Could hear the waters lapping still,
And feel the sweetness of the dark.

The sky displayed its varied hues
Beneath the moon's flourescent light
The bashful moon would show, then hide
Behind the clouds that donned the sight.

Anomaly in distant height
Has given this such rare delight.
