I woke up this morning feeling racist
so I went for a little run
came second in the 200m hurdles
just behind number 1

I woke up this yesterday feeling ageist
when really there was no point
I am older now than the day before
and I feel it in my left knee joint

The day before I woke up sexist
whoever that person may be
am pretty sure that I'm not it
but it could be anyone else but me

The thing is I am not any of these
I'll try to accept anyone true
and if you don't try to harm me
then I won't try to harm you
