Hip-hop mogul Marion "Suge" Knight and comedian Katt Williams were arrested and charged with robbery on Wednesday (October 29).
The pair are accused of stealing a camera from a celebrity photographer outside a Beverly Hills studio last month.
Williams, who has been in and out of legal trouble in recent years, was arrested at a court in California where he was attending a separate assault case, while Knight was arrested in Las Vegas.
If convicted, Knight, a co-founder of legendary 90s label Death Row Records, which once featured Dr. Dre, Tupac Shakur and Snoop Dogg - faces up to 30 years to life in prison because of his previous conviction of assault with a deadly weapon. Williams faces up to seven years in prison.
Neither side was immediately available for comment.
