I'm old you see
That's what they tell me
I don't cook anymore
They say I've forgotten how?
I don't clean or do dishes anymore
They say I can't see.
And yet I paint, I draw,
I sew, and work, and
write poetry
And I can't see
I'm 70.
But now you see
I have time to do the
things, like paint and
write, and draw
So it's really
Nice to be,
70.
