I look ahead, the road is empty
My life in a stride is longer
My heart flowing with pride
The sun hath risen in great momentum
My sight in line with my future
My mind becoming strong and true
My road ahead is clear
It’s my choice now

Behind me, the path is filled
My memories of past doubt
Haunt my journey
The choices of different paths wind away
Unto unknowing futures
My life is filled with clutter and sorrow
The pain of tragedy and guilt
Taunting the foot steps that are mine

All around me the paths of others
Stretch away into the future
Others fall behind mine
The wrong decisions show the nature
In form of consequences and effects
My mind is in mourning for those
Who have lost their way on their path
And I weep for their loss

The memories are fading the path is still clear
I take the opportunities, the choices
That befalls me in my true search
I reach out and grab the chances that await me
My true potential lies before me
Waiting to be released in the power that is mine
My heart is awaiting the new path chosen
My transcendence awaits me

My truth and potential are released
