To the movie's i would go
As a child once a week
Sometimes a horror movie
Was on display
Not as gory as today
But designed to put maximum fear
Into a child such as i
Frankenstine creatures great and small
Tomato sauce blood and gore
The highlight of the day
Was my ride home, in fading light
My little leg's pumping the peddles
Of my bike, in the errie half light
Shadow's sprang out of the bushes'
Cats' and dogs' became gremlins' and demons'
Oh, how i hated those horror movies
