So true though you see it

Never saw it coming
The flood of new emotion
Now I need to get out

Engulfed in the changes
Too many too soon
The banks are busting

Tossing about
Should be feeling great
But I'm not
I'm lost in the flow

Scared I'll not find my feet
Frightened of what might be
Overwhelmed by the torrent
I'm LOST in the FLOW

Need to find a quiet haven
Need time to adjust
Cant find my equilibrium
I'm lost in the flow....
