Did you ever get so weary
That you think you can’t go on?
You reach inside yourself
To find a part that may be strong?

I know just what you’re feeling
For I too have been to that space
You feel anxious and depressed
And want to be at a different place

Sometimes it takes a lot of thinking
But it takes a lot of praying too
For God is a willing friend
Who will always be there for you

I know He seems so distant
He can’t sit upon your chair
But if you truly reach inside your heart
You will always find Him there

So please, my friend, be patient
And treat God as your best friend
He will help you make the choices
He’ll help your fractured soul to mend!
