He felt inspired by a woman’s long shaved legs and natural breasts
Their milky complexions of flavor drove him to create his best
Erotically challenged and romantic blissfulness in poems for them
His narratives and his eclectic humor combined
Were enough to make one laugh or make another cry
He loved to view fields of rolling greenery beneath the skies of Ireland
Or standing there on the cliffs overlooking the churning sea
Like a child born free and innocent he would make these trips
To faraway places in his graying head….
It was so easy for him to recall the places and things he knew
When he looked at his one true love lying there….
He was compelled to follow her….
