A pair of new grandparents
beaming in the doorway.

Holding my slippery son
against my belly.

Kissing the cheek
of my dying father.

Larking around
with my lusty new lover.

Trying hard to hide
the pain of betrayal.

A familiar suitcase
packed in anger.

A family gathering par excellence -
All's well that ends well.
