Dad even though your not always near
I am writing you this poem
Cuz these are all the things I'd like you to hear
Even though you hardly take the time to listen to what I have to say
I still love you even more each day
And if I never say I love you
I'll love you forever and always
All this is really true
All I want to say is
Thank you for being a dad who cares
Because in the world we live in
Theres not a lot of dads like you
I just want to let you know that
I Love You! ! !
