I looked with my eyes and what did I see?
Colours and shapes that change with great ease.

I looked in my mind and what did I see?
Thoughts and emotions that circle and need.

I looked in my heart and what did I find?
A vast expanse on which was written a man.

I looked in a mirror so clear and so bright;
and what I found? Well of that, no one can write.
