How long will we caretakers-
Stand and wring our hands and cry?
There isn't anything we can do!
BUT SURELY WE MUST TRY

Oil spilt along our coast
Or deep within the Gulf
Has saturated our coastlines
With this OOZY GOOEY STUFF!

Saturated feathers of a sea bird
Can now no longer fly
No matter whose at fault
Our feathered friends just die!
