I feel so helpless without u near.

If we were together,
My emotions would fly,
I would not be able to tell u goodbye.

To prolong the ending that would rip my heart out,
I’d hold u close and never let go.

Then giving into a temptation I could not understand,
I’d rise on tip toe and raise my hand.

And gently tracing the contours of your face,
I’d finally stop the lifelong race,
And willing to take the chance that you wouldn’t understand,
I slowly lift my other hand,
And tangle it in your hair so fine,
I’d watch your eyes as we stopped all of time.

Slowly tilting my head to fit that of yours,
I’d hesitantly lift my tear stained lips up to yours,
And gently opening my mouth & latch on to your lip,
I’d watch you to see what you would do next.

If you accepted me, and moved your lips against mine,
I never would leave you for all of our time.

But if you didn’t and pushed me away,
My eternal soul would die on that day.
