the sun was very hot
A kid of four was playing outside
She jumped and fell down
Injured she was, cried
Tears streamed on her soft face

Her father came, picked her up
Consoled, offered a candy and said
“You rocked! You hurt the ground! ”
Her face shone in happiness, felt pride
She stopped crying... and tears smiled
