akram saqib - EXTINCT HUMANITY (a sonnet)

I wandered and I roamed
City to city and every town
To find an entity called man

In the cities it was gnomed
Were there buffoon and clown
Human were under ban

Futile hurries and lustful worries
Greed that changed breed
Transformed man into beasts

With his own hands he buries
Eternal values of loving creed
Celebrate the funeral feasts!

Look out man and repent
Before going to extinct
