Police say an Israeli soldier was stabbed several times near a train station in Tel Aviv.

The soldier was rushed to a local hospital.

A Palestinian man has been arrested... and police say the assault was politically motivated.

The attack was the latest in a series that began more than two weeks ago when a Palestinian man rammed his car into a group of pedestrians in central Jerusalem.

...One more incident of anti-Israel violence that many fear is leading toward another Palestinian uprising.
