Dwindle slowly, you dwindle on grassy shores
Lest of your fading, lest of your leaving
I count a many troubles of your numbering
Where many stumble on drifting and dying

For a time of a cock-crow on tenterhooks
You repose some dancing in a better nook
Men, you pregnant pouches and oh so real
Men, you birth your own more than a single deal

I cannot celebrate so soon, so easily
When human nature ensnares your monogamy
And everyone move you oust from ghastly hands
You petrify smaller homes for your vanishing band

I cannot see more reasons of unreal believing
If it allows me to see you breathless, lifeless
Then I am nothing as an epitaph worth forgetting
Swimming quite a few miles, you swim at escaping
