Missouri Governor Jay Nixon announced the establishment of a commission to look into the wave of social unrest that erupted following the police killing of unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown in August. The commission will be comprised of 16 members, including religious figures, teachers, businessmen, and community organizers. They will look into the social and economic factors behind the disturbances. Many, however, doubt the effectiveness of such a commission. Alexandra Hall reports from St. Louis. teleSUR
