Mike's instruction videos were very good. They persuaded me to buy. The skylight shade I'm purchasing is for a Velux FSF-4 that I installed in 1988. Velux does not make a shade for that model anymore. Their product service was no help. If your shade works, I suspect you can tap a huge base of Velux owners who will become your loyal customers. 2014-11-07 12:35:47
