Watch Rajinikanth's First Time Ever in 40 Years!

Rajinikanth's Lingaa directed by KS Ravikumar has been censored and the movie has bagged a clean 'U' certificate. With the film being cleared by the censors, the film is set to hit the screens on Rajinikanth's birthday on 12th December. It would be the first time ever in superstar Rajinikanth's 40 year career, that his movie is releasing on his birthday. The film which is 2 hours and 54 minutes long and will be released in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi.

Confirming the release director KS Ravikumar posted on his FB page, "Glad and happy to share #Lingaa movie is censored and Certified U. Get ready to watch the movie on our #superstar #Rajinikanth Birthday. MOVIE RELEASE ON 12TH DECEMBER 2014."

The film is said to be released in 3000 screens across the world. Produced by Rockline Venkatesh, the film has Rajinikanth in a dual role with Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka Shetty playing the female leads. While AR Rahman has composed the music for the film, the Rathnavelu has cranked the camera for 'Lingaa'.
