Obama chooses Ashton Carter as Pentagon chief

US President Barack Obama has nominated Ashton Carter as his next Secretary of Defense. If confirmed, he'll be Obama's fourth defense secretary and will succeed Chuck Hagel who resigned last month. Al Jazeera's Patty Culhane reports from Washington.
