The rape of a 25-year-old in Delhi once again sparked protests in the capital. Forty-eight hours after the incident Delhi Police arrested the accused from Mathura. The accused will be produced in court on Monday (Dec. 8). But Delhi police already suspect that the man who is accused of brutalising the 25-year-old could be a serial offender.
