Panthers quarterback Cam Newton scored a two-yard touchdown midway through the first quarter to give his team a 16-0 lead. Following the spectacular play, a large brawl broke out involving nearly every player on the field. The fight started after Saints linebacker Curtis Lofton took offense to Newton’s Superman celebration.
